Welcome to Ballet4Life, where we have been proudly serving top-quality Dance and Movement tuition for adults since 2004. 

We are award-winning Dance and Movement for Adults- all ages- pioneers! 

All in-person classes are held in beautifully well - equipped studios in West London with highly skilled, experienced, attentive and caring, industry professionals.

Pre-registration is required for all classes.

Single Class and Class card options are available for purchase and we offer concession rates.

Ballet4life has also runs an extensive online and on-demand Movement and Dance programme.

Ballet4Life (Ballet4life.com®) was founded by former professional dancer, teacher, choreographer, director, and dance artist Donna Schoenherr. Donna was trained at the esteemed Enid Botsford School in Rochester, NY before training under full scholarship in NYC with dance luminaries such as David Howard and Wilhelm Burmann.

Here in London, with her visionary approach to dance and decades of professional experience, she and her team helped to pioneer the way for vocational adult dance and movement education; especially for dance for the over 50’s. Ballet4life has successfully delivered top quality Ballet, Dance & Movement classes, courses, masterclasses, andworkshops  for adult learners in since 2004. Ballet4life has continued to develop and expand its adult dance programme and own methodology, and now offers daytime and evening classes Monday- Sunday, all levels, taught by leading industry professionals held online and in beautiful large well-equipped studios. They are also the only organisation to offer Character Dance, Contemporary Dance, and Pointe for adult learners in the area.

They give generously to the community, train teachers, offer placement positions to university dance students, offer concessionary rates, plus the Ballet4life Team has taught at many local schools and institutions.  Ballet4life is also proud to be the umbrella organisation for the registered charity number 1172264 Move into Wellbeing®, founded and directed by Donna, which offers unique well -crafted Dance and Movement classes to people living with Parkinson's and with other mobility restrictions. Ballet4life is passionate about their work, have brought in international guest artists, have supported local events and topics related to The Arts, and are firm favourites in the local community and beyond.
